We accept secure payments via Stripe and PayPal to provide a fast and safe checkout experience for our customers.

Accepted Methods

• Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express (processed via Stripe or PayPal).
• PayPal account payments.
• Apple Pay & Google Pay (when enabled on your device, via Stripe).

Security & Encryption

All card transactions are processed securely by Stripe or PayPal, which are PCI DSS compliant. We do not store full card details on Tartan Lover’s servers.

Billing & Charges

• Payments are processed at the time of order completion. An invoice/receipt will be emailed to you.
• All prices are displayed in USD (or as configured in the store). Currency conversion rates and any applicable fees are determined by your bank, PayPal, or Stripe if paying in another currency.
• Your bank may charge foreign transaction fees depending on your card issuer and country.

Refunds & Payment Disputes

Refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. In case of a payment dispute or chargeback, we will work with the payment provider (Stripe/PayPal) and may request additional documentation to resolve the issue.

Stored Payments & Cancellations

If you choose to save a payment method for future purchases, it will be tokenized and securely managed by Stripe or PayPal. You may remove a stored payment method in your account settings or by contacting us directly.
