In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re willing to offer a refund or exchange. Kindly refer to our return policy below for further details.

TIME-LIMIT RETURNS

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

ACCEPT RETURNS

• Incorrect item shipped by us (size, color, style, or product mismatch).
• Defective item (damaged, broken, or otherwise faulty).
• Item not as described.
• If you’re not completely satisfied or simply don’t want it anymore, partial refund may be arranged.

UNACCEPTABLE RETURNS

• Requests beyond the 30-day limit.
• Customer changed their mind, ordered wrong size or color, or damaged the item—these will not be accepted.
• Gift cards and sale/discounted items are final—non-returnable.

EXCEPTIONS ("NO NEED TO RETURN")

For select situations, a “No Need to Return” policy may apply. Please provide photos and details so that we can resolve the issue quickly—saving time and shipping cost.

RETURN PROCESS

• To initiate a return, please contact support@tartanlover.com. We will send return instructions. Returns without authorization are not accepted.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

REFUNDS or EXCHANGE

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange and notify you via email.

Once processed, refunds may take time to reflect in your account depending on your financial institution.
